Job summary

Aspire People is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant for a busy Primary School in Pontypridd. You will work with Key Stage 2 pupils (Years 3–6), deliver engaging sessions, and support inclusive practice to raise attainment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6) learners.
• Ability to mark work and provide constructive feedback.
• Flexible, adaptable and collaborative team player.
• Commitment to supporting students with additional needs including SNRB.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive sessions across KS2 to engage students.
• Move around the school and work across year groups as needed.
• Support staff with planning and provide feedback.
