Duties as a KS1 Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.

• Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support to help them achieve their full potential.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student development.

• Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events.

Ideal KS1 Teacher:

• Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.

• Has experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (desirable but not essential for Early Career Teachers).

• Is passionate about providing high-quality, engaging lessons that support young children’s learning.

• Has excellent classroom management and communication skills as a KS1 Teacher.

• Is committed to fostering a love of learning and supporting children’s development.
