Zusammenfassung

TSR Legal is seeking a Knowledge Lawyer (Corporate/Commercial) at a non fee-earning level in Bristol. You will develop knowledge management, promote technical excellence and drive innovation across the department, working with the Knowledge Team and broader firm to enhance service delivery through technology and AI.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will train and mentor colleagues, stay ahead of UK commercial contracting developments, and support tenders, client training and business

Qualifikationen

• Qualified solicitor with strong knowledge of UK commercial contracting law.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training and promoting technical excellence.
• Interest in legal technology, AI and innovation and ability to drive change across teams.

Aufgaben

• Develop knowledge management processes and promote best practice across the department.
• Support legal training and development of junior lawyers.
• Keep teams informed of changes in practice and emerging risks in UK commercial law.
• Champion adoption of AI and self-service legal tools to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Innovation & Legal Technology Team to enhance service delivery and client training.
