Job summary

You will report to the Business Group Head, work with two other knowledge lawyers and a paralegal, and help develop client-facing knowledge content and training programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in commercial/corporate law.
• Strong knowledge of UK commercial contracting law.
• Interest in innovation, AI, and embedding AI into legal workflows.
• Experience coaching, training or mentoring.
• Experience working in a large UK law practice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote knowledge management across the Business Group.
• Lead knowledge training and development for early-career talent.
• Promote adoption of self-service legal technology and AI tools.
• Prepare and deliver knowledge-led content for clients.
• Support tenders with knowledge and innovation expertise.
• Collaborate with Knowledge Team and paralegal support.
