Job summary

TSR Legal are supporting a well-regarded multi-office UK law firm based in Bristol, seeking a Knowledge Lawyer in Corporate/Commercial to join in a non fee-earning capacity. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will develop knowledge management, promote technical excellence and drive innovation across the department.

You will work with the Knowledge Team and broader firm to enhance knowledge-sharing, support lawyer development and identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in UK commercial contracting.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or training lawyers.
• Interest in legal technology, AI and innovative working practices.

Knowledge Lawyer – Corporate/Commercial

TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-regarded multi office law firm based in Bristol, who are looking for an experienced and commercially minded lawyer to join the Corporate and Commercial department as a Knowledge Lawyer in a non fee-earning capacity.

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will play a key role in developing legal knowledge, promoting technical excellence and driving innovation across the department. Working alongside the Knowledge Team and wider firm, you will help improve knowledge-sharing, support lawyer development and identify opportunities to enhance legal service delivery through technology and AI.

About you

To be considered, our client is requiring a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE and strong knowledge of UK commercial contracting law, ideally gained within a large UK law firm. You will have experience in coaching, mentoring or training, alongside an interest in legal technology, AI and innovation. A proactive approach, excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change and build relationships across teams are essential.
