The Firm in London seeks a Knowledge Lawyer focused on UK corporate law to join the newly formed Knowledge department during a growth phase. You will lead the development of the Corporate team's knowledge and training capabilities and help shape the use of AI and legal tech to improve delivery of advice.

Qualificações

Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 6+ PQE at a leading firm.
Experience as corporate Knowledge Lawyer or transition from corporate fee-earner to Knowledge Lawyer.
Strong drafting and ability to distill complex issues into practical guidance.

Responsabilidades

Lead development of Corporate team's knowledge and training capabilities.
Develop precedents, know-how materials and research resources.
Monitor legal, regulatory and market developments.
Design and deliver training for lawyers at all levels.
Support thought leadership, business development and knowledge initiatives.
Help design and implement legal technology, document automation and AI.
