Job summary

Origin Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its Knowledge & Innovation team in a strategic, non-fee-earning role. With a minimum of 5 years' PQE, you will focus on knowledge management, innovation, and the practical application of AI in the delivery of legal services, while continuing to influence high‑quality work.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders and partners, shaping best practice and driving technical excellence across the firm.

Qualifications

5+ years' PQE within a recognised Corporate & Commercial practice.
Strong experience advising on commercial contracts and broader corporate matters.
Excellent drafting skills and technical legal knowledge.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Genuine interest in legal innovation, AI and technology-enabled service delivery.
Experience mentoring, coaching or delivering training.
Ability to influence change and engage with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide technical legal support and guidance to the Corporate & Commercial team.
Develop and maintain knowledge resources, precedents and best practice materials.
Design and deliver training programmes for ongoing professional development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning, collaboration and technical excellence.
Drive adoption of AI and legal technology solutions.
Produce thought leadership, updates and client-facing content.
