Job summary

TSR Legal are supporting a well-established Bristol-based firm seeking an experienced Knowledge Lawyer in a non-fee-earning role within Real Estate. Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will develop legal knowledge, technical excellence and innovation across core real estate, residential development and planning teams.

You will work with the Knowledge Team to enhance knowledge-sharing, support lawyer development and champion AI and legal technology to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in real estate law within a large UK law firm or professional services.
• Ability to develop and share knowledge with teams and clients.
• Experience promoting AI and legal technology to improve service delivery.

Knowledge Lawyer – Real Estate

TSR Legal are currently supporting a well-established law firm based in Bristol, who are seeking an experiences Knowledge Lawyer in a non fee earning capacity as part of the Real Estate department, Reporting to the Head of Real Estate, you will be responsible for supporting the development of legal knowledge, technical excellence and innovation across our core real estate, residential development and planning teams.

Working alongside the Knowledge Team and wider business, you will help improve knowledge-sharing, support lawyer development and champion the adoption of AI and legal technology to enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a Knowledge Lawyer, you will be responsible for:

• Improving knowledge management processes and promote consistent best practice, support technical excellence, training and the development of junior lawyers, share legal updates, highlight emerging risks and promote new ways of working.
• Champion AI, self-service legal tools and wider innovation initiatives.
• Work with the Innovation & Legal Technology Team to improve efficiency and legal service delivery.
• Contribute to client training, thought leadership, tenders and business development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to build a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

To be considered, you will be a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE and extensive experience in real estate law within a large UK law firm or professional services practice. You will have a strong understanding of the law of England and Wales.
