Job summary
TSR Legal are supporting a well-regarded multi-office UK law firm based in Bristol, seeking a Knowledge Lawyer in Corporate/Commercial to join in a non fee-earning capacity. Reporting to the Head of Department, you will develop knowledge management, promote technical excellence and drive innovation across the department.
You will work with the Knowledge Team and broader firm to enhance knowledge-sharing, support lawyer development and identify opportunities to improve legal service delivery
Qualifications
- Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE in UK commercial contracting.
- Experience coaching, mentoring or training lawyers.
- Interest in legal technology, AI and innovative working practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve knowledge management processes and promote best practice.
- Support technical excellence, legal training and the development of junior lawyers.
- Keep teams informed of legal developments, emerging risks and changes in practice.
- Champion the adoption of AI, self‑service legal tools and innovative ways of working.
- Work with the Innovation & Legal Technology Team to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Contribute to client training, tenders and business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to embed a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
