Job summary

ZendGroup is hiring a Kitting Administrator for our Paddock Wood Distribution Centre in Kent. This on-site role supports the warehouse team with planning, stock checks, BOM verification, and paperwork preparation.

You’ll log jobs in Zendbox, maintain records, and help keep the kitting area organized while following safety procedures. Training is provided, with opportunities across operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse or administration role.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, basic numeracy and accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Review daily kitting schedule and prepare upcoming jobs.
• Check components, quantities, batch numbers and dates against job instructions.
• Prepare and check barcodes, labels and paperwork for production.
