Job summary

ZendGroup is seeking a detail-focused Kitting Administrator to support our warehouse team at the Paddock Wood Distribution Centre in Kent. This on-site role involves planning, stock checks, BOM validation, and system updates in Zendbox, with training provided.

You will work with the Kitting Supervisor and other teams to keep orders on track, while maintaining accurate paperwork and preparing the next day’s schedule. Training to cover kitting processes is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or administration role is desirable.
• Strong numeracy and record-keeping accuracy.
• Good PC skills with Office; Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review daily kitting schedule and prepare upcoming jobs.
• Check BOMs, components, batch numbers and dates.
• Prepare barcodes, labels and delivery notes.
• Update jobs in Zendbox and record staffing, timings.
• Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with Kitting Supervisor and other teams to resolve queries.
• Provide occasional hands-on kitting line support.
