Job summary

Stonegate Pub Company is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Ye Olde Griffin Hotel in March. You will coach and mentor the kitchen team, uphold high food standards, and ensure compliance with COSHH, food safety and health & safety regulations.

You will support the Kitchen Manager with daily operations, assist with stock management and ordering, and strive to maintain a clean, hygienic kitchen while driving the team to meet targets and deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and mentor kitchen staff.
• Solid knowledge of food preparation and quality standards.
• Up-to-date COSHH, food safety and health and safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and support Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification for guests.
• Oversee kitchen team in the Kitchen Manager's absence.
• Assist with stock management, ordering and supplies.
