Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to lead a busy kitchen, ensure high standards, and support the management team. You will prepare, cook and present meals that meet specs and customer expectations, while upholding hygiene and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will deputise for management when needed, coordinate the team during peak times, and inspire staff to deliver consistent, high-quality meals for guests across our pubs and inns.
