Stonegate Group is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Griffin to coach, mentor and lead the kitchen brigade. You will collaborate with the Kitchen Manager to deliver high-quality dishes in a fast-paced pub environment.

The role emphasizes strong food knowledge, COSHH and safety practices, and a proactive approach to driving team performance and achieving targets, with opportunities to develop skills further.

Qualifications

• Ability to support, coach and mentor your team.
• High standard of food knowledge and skill.
• Up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S knowledge.
• Willingness to develop and drive the brigade forward.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and work with Kitchen Manager.
• Produce high-quality dishes to specification.
• Oversee kitchen team in the Kitchen Manager's absence.
• Assist with stock management, ordering, and supplies.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times.
• Offer ideas to improve kitchen performance.
• Lead the team to hit company targets.
