A leading pub and kitchen operator in Metchley is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to oversee food preparation and team management in the kitchen. The candidate should have a strong food knowledge, high standards in safety regulations, and a passion for mentoring others. You will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure quality dishes are produced and lead your team to meet company goals in a vibrant environment.
