Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a kitchen environment.
• Experience coaching junior kitchen staff and KPs.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and brand delivery.
• Ability to manage stock levels and control wastage within a busy kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a hands-on Sous Chef and run your own section while supporting the brigade.
• Drive food safety, HACCP and brand standards across all dishes.
• Coach junior team members and ensure safe operation around equipment.
• Protect gross profit by precise stock management and up-to-date paperwork for stock takes.
