Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to oversee a busy kitchen shift, owning a section and supporting the brigade to ensure every plate meets our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You will drive food safety, supervise junior kitchen staff, and manage stock to par levels while protecting gross profit. This role offers autonomy, growth opportunities, and a culture that values personality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie running your own section.
• Monitor portion sizes and assist others when tickets pile.
• Drive food safety and brand delivery, HACCP/EHO compliant.
