Responsibilities

• The Kitchen Floor: run your own section flawlessly while managing workload and helping others when tickets pile up.
• The Standards: ensure temps, freshness, and HACCP/EHO compliance.
• The Brigade: supervise juniors and porters, translate strategy into action, keep the team safe around heavy equipment.
• The Commercial Reality: control stock to par levels, minimize wastage, and keep monthly paperwork up to date.
