Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at The Woodstock to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen you can be proud of. You’ll lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team, manage orders and stock, and ensure the branded menu is delivered to high standards.

You’ll be driven to hit targets with your team, uphold health and hygiene regulations, and help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and well cared for.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in fast-paced pubs or restaurants.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs to deliver quality dishes.
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and health and safety requirements.
