Job summary

Royal George’s Kitchen Team Leader role is to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to lead a team passionate about great food. You’ll train staff, manage the menu, and ensure high standards across operations.

Qualifications

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive the team to smash targets.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Master the branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
