Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Firecrest to support the Head Chef, lead a kitchen team, and ensure high standards across a branded menu. You’ll train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and drive performance while upholding hygiene and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team is desirable.
• Knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards is a plus.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
