Job summary

Old Red Lion is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead training, manage the branded menu and ensure high standards of service and hygiene in a lively Ember Inns setting.

You will drive your team to meet targets, handle food ordering and stock control, and help develop great people while delivering quality meals that delight guests across our pubs and brands.

Qualifications

• Experience training kitchen staff
• Ability to meet targets with your team
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
