Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Hesketh Arms in Vintage Inns. You will support the Head Chef, train your Kitchen Team, and deliver a menu you’re proud of while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and training staff.
• Strong focus on food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage stock, orders and branded menu execution.

• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
