Job summary

Foley Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in creating a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You will drive a branded menu, train your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. This role sits within Ember Inns/Mitchells & Butlers’ community-focused pubs, with opportunities for progression and perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Ability to train and motivate chefs and kitchen staff.
• Passion for high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen team to deliver great food.
• Drive team to hit targets and maintain high performance.
• Assist with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and uphold health and hygiene regulations.
