Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Star Hotel in Burntwood. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead chefs and kitchen staff, and ensure high-quality, consistently prepared food for guests.

You will train and develop your team, manage stock and food orders, and ensure strict adherence to branded menu standards and hygiene regulations. This role offers progression opportunities and employee benefits.
