Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in creating a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead, train, and motivate a team to deliver excellent pub dishes, while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand standards.

You will manage food ordering, stock control and maintain high hygiene standards, all within a busy, hospitality-focused environment. Join a team that values growth, flexibility, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience managing kitchen teams in a fast-paced pub/restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene practices.
• Ability to train and develop chefs and kitchen staff to deliver quality dishes.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
