Job summary

Hesketh Arms is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead the team, master the menu, and train staff to deliver great food. Join us at Vintage Inns, where a cozy pub atmosphere and traditional meals await.

You'll train and inspire your chefs, drive your team to hit targets, and manage food ordering, prep and stock while upholding brand standards and hygiene regulations. CV-free application is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub/restaurant.
• Ability to train chefs and maintain brand standards.
• Solid knowledge of health and safety regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff to deliver dishes they are proud of.
• Help smash daily targets with your team.
• Assist with food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistent execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
