March Hare in the Vintage Inns network is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, train and inspire a kitchen team, and ensure the delivery of great food. You will manage daily operations with passion, working to uphold brand standards and guest satisfaction across shifts.

You’ll master stock control, food ordering, and preparation while ensuring compliance with health and hygiene regulations, SOPs, and quality targets. Join a supportive team with strong progression opportunities.
