Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Coopers pub to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will master the menu, train great people, and lead the team to deliver great food and guest experiences.

You’ll train and inspire your Chefs, drive targets with your team, manage food ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met. Join a brand with strong community roots and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a busy pub setting.
• Passion for delivering high-quality food and service.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive targets with your team and maintain performance.
• Assist with food ordering, preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure consistency.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance for the team.
