Job summary

Wulstan at Sizzling Pub & Grill in the United Kingdom is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, manage a kitchen team, and own the menu with passion for great food.

You will help train staff, smash targets, assist with ordering, stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations while delivering a warm guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams and driving performance.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire Chefs and kitchen team to deliver quality dishes.
• Drive targets with the team and manage food ordering and stock.
• Ensure adherence to branded menu and hygiene standards.
