Mitchells & Butler PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at Wagon & Horses to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen you can be proud of, and lead a team in delivering great food. You will train Chefs, manage stock, and ensure the branded menu is followed across shifts.
