Job summary

Turnpike in Bristol is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll master the menu with a passion for great food and for training great people, while driving hacia achieving targets and maintaining brand standards.

You’ll train Chefs, manage food orders and stock, and ensure health and hygiene compliance in a fast-paced pub kitchen environment. Join Mitchells & Butlers’ Turnpike and grow with us.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a high-volume pub or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP principles.
• Ability to manage food orders, prep and stock within a branded menu.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Drive to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations across the kitchen.
• Oversee implementation of a branded menu and consistent quality.
