Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is looking for a Kitchen Team Leader in Preston to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will lead, train and supervise the kitchen team, ensure quality and consistency, and manage stock and menus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a busy restaurant or pub environment.
• Ability to train and inspire chefs and kitchen staff.
• Competence in stock control and food ordering processes.
• Familiarity with branded menus and consistent quality.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations and compliance.
