Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in Norwich is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of. You’ll drive performance, manage stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.

This permanent, full-time role offers flexible shifts, opportunities for progression and a supportive team environment at a busy venue in NR4. You’ll contribute to a brand-wide menu and help us deliver great guest experiences every day.

What will I be doing? AS KITCHEN TEAM LEADER YOU’LL…

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
