Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Sutton Coldfield is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for The Crown at Ember Inns. You will support the Head Chef, lead a team of Chefs, and take pride in delivering great pub food with consistent standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen leadership or supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to train and motivate a kitchen team.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
