Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the March Hare in Cheadle Hulme. You will support the Head Chef to build a kitchen to be proud of, lead a team, and drive great food service within a branded menu environment.

You will train chefs, manage stock and ordering, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards while aiming to reach targets and deliver excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a kitchen team in a high-volume pub/restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to manage food ordering and stock to minimize waste.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
