Mitchells & Butler PLC, operating Ember Inns' Green Man in Kenilworth, is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Join us to lead a team, drive targets, manage food ordering and stock, ensure brand standards, and uphold health and hygiene regulations while delivering a welcoming pub experience for guests and colleagues alike.

• Proven track record of achieving targets with your team.
• Ability to manage food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.

• Be driven to smash targets with your team
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control
