Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is hiring a Kitchen Team Leader at the Ancient Oak Ember Inn. You will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, train and inspire chefs, and deliver great food to guests.

You will drive targets with your team, manage food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. No CV required—our mobile-friendly application makes it quick to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant setting.
• Ability to train and develop Chefs and Kitchen Staff.
• Proven track record in food prep, stock control and menu execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive targets with the team and maintain high standards.
