Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Earlswood is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and drive a kitchen you can be proud of. You will lead a team, manage a branded menu, and ensure high standards of food quality and service in a busy pub environment.

You will train chefs, push for targets with your team, handle food ordering, prep and stock control, and uphold strict health and hygiene regulations, while contributing to a welcoming customer experience.
