Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader for Castle Pubs in London. You will support the Head Chef, lead and train a team, and take ownership of delivering great food to guests in a distinctive pub setting.

You will manage menus, assist with ordering and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and drive performance with your team while promoting a welcoming guest experience at every visit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub environment.
• Ability to train Chefs and kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Proven track record of meeting targets with a team.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
