Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is seeking a Head Chef at The Cuckoo within Vintage Inns to lead a kitchen team and deliver consistently high-quality food. You will inspire staff, manage ordering, prep and stock, and ensure compliance with health regulations while driving guest satisfaction and sales.

As Head Chef at the Cuckoo you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more.
