Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of, lead and train a kitchen team, and drive health and hygiene excellence across the operation. You’ll manage food ordering, stock, and execution of a branded menu while aiming for targets and guest satisfaction.

• Work with branded menu and ensure consistent execution.
• Support food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Oversee health and hygiene compliance across the team.

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Church Mouse, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.
