Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Head Chef to lead a kitchen in the Vintage Inns brand, located in a rural pub setting. You will inspire and develop your team, ensure food prepared to the highest standard, and manage all kitchen activities to keep guests returning.

As Head Chef at the Cuckoo you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more
