Mitchells & Butlers PLC, Springfield Inn, part of the Vintage Inns collection, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and help build a kitchen to be proud of.

Lead and train Chefs, smash targets with your team, manage food ordering and stock, ensure brand standards and hygiene, and create a welcoming guest experience.

Job description

As Kitchen Team Leader at the Springfield Inn, you will support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of. You will be the master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people. Does this sound like you?
