Mitchells & Butlers PLC's Springfield Inn, part of Vintage Inns, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef, build a kitchen to be proud of, and master the branded menu with a passion for great food and training great people.

You'll train Chefs, drive to hit targets, handle food ordering and stock control, ensure health and hygiene compliance, and help the team deliver meals in a welcoming pub setting.

• Train and inspire Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Master the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
