Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Springfield Inn to support the Head Chef and lead a kitchen team in delivering dishes you can be proud of.

You will train Chefs, manage stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards while upholding branded menus and delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team in a fast-paced pub or restaurant.
• Knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to train staff and drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Train and inspire kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Drive targets with your team and manage stock control.
• Manage food ordering and menu execution.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
