Job summary

Mitchells & Butler PLC in Stretton is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader at the Stretton Fox to support the Head Chef, train a kitchen team, and deliver menu excellence across Vintage Inns venues. You’ll drive targets, manage ordering and stock, and ensure health and hygiene standards are met.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams in a pub/restaurant environment.
• Knowledge of health & hygiene regulations and safe food handling.

Responsibilities

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
