Springfield Inn, part of Vintage Inns and Mitchells & Butlers, is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef and build a kitchen to be proud of. You will be master of the menu with a passion for serving great food and training great people.

Train and inspire your kitchen team, oversee food ordering, prep and stock control, and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations. This role offers flexible shifts, generous staff discounts across brands, Wagestream access,

• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
