Crown - COLCHESTER, part of Mitchells & Butlers and Vintage Inns, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of.

You'll train Chefs and Kitchen Team, manage food ordering and stock, ensure health and hygiene standards, and work with a branded menu.
