Fish & Eels in Hoddesdon is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Head Chef in building a kitchen to be proud of and to master the menu with a passion for serving great food. You will train a kitchen team, manage stock, ordering and health standards, while driving targets and ensuring consistency across our branded menu.

The role offers a route for progression within Mitchells & Butlers, with opportunities to grow and take on more responsibility in a busy pub group environment.

• Train and inspire your Chefs and Kitchen Team to deliver food to be proud of.
• Be driven to smash targets with your team.
• Support with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
